Here are few shots - These are from special locales where one is designated to take pictures - No trackside locales - those are for 'Press' peeps. I'm just glad I'd my ear plugs, ugh, the Corvettes were super loud as they went by...and it was pretty hot outside, burned my arms in the process. Shot with D700/70-200mm VR and 1.7x teleconverter/50mm.
Oh, and the Corvette caught on fire - and yes, the driver walked away fine...but as you can see the fire started to engulf him.
